These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
02Products, photographs and availability
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Hair is a natural material, so texture, colour, wave pattern and density can vary slightly between bundles and from the photographs. Screen settings also affect how colours appear.
Lengths are approximate and measured when the hair is straightened. Small variations are normal and are not a fault.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund any payment for it in full.
03Prices, payment and order confirmation
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Payment methods accepted: [to be confirmed once checkout is live]. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an email confirming your order has been accepted. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before accepting the order, and you may cancel.
04Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses [confirm whether international delivery is offered]. Free UK delivery may apply to orders over a stated value; any current threshold is shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: [to be added]. These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, or within any date we agreed, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
The products are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible.
05Cancelling or changing an order
To change or cancel an order before it is dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is being prepared.

06Returns, refunds and exchanges
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the items back, or evidence you have sent them.
Hygiene-sensitive items: hair products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Products that have been unsealed, washed, dyed, cut, bleached, styled, worn or installed cannot be returned under the cancellation right.
Returned items must be in their original sealed condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you pay the cost of return postage. Full returns details: [link to a separate Returns Policy page].
Exchanges are offered at our discretion, subject to the same conditions.
07Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund or price reduction.
Damage caused by chemical treatment, heat, improper care, normal wear or accidents is not a fault.
08Care and what to expect
How long hair lasts depends greatly on how it is washed, stored, styled and treated. We provide care guidance with each order; following it helps your hair look its best. We do not promise a specific lifespan.
Colouring, bleaching or chemical processing is done at your own risk. We recommend a professional stylist and a strand test first.
09The 5% discount offer
The 5% discount (code BLAKES5) is available to customers who enter their name, email address and mobile number through our offer form. It applies to [confirm eligible products], excluding delivery charges.
One use per customer. It cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, exchanged for cash or transferred. Offer ends: [add end date]. We may withdraw or change the offer with reasonable notice, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
You do not need to agree to marketing messages to receive the discount.
10Waitlist and communications
Joining the waitlist does not reserve stock or guarantee you can buy a product. It means we may tell you when products become available.
We will only send marketing emails or texts if you have ticked the matching box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, by replying STOP to our texts, or by contacting us.
11Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Blake’s Bundles name, logo, photographs, packaging designs and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes, including on other selling pages or social media accounts, without our written permission.
You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access or introducing harmful code.
12Privacy
We use your personal information to process orders, provide offers you request and, where you agree, send you marketing. How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy [separate page to be created]. Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy [separate page to be created].
13Complaints and support
If you are unhappy, please contact us first so we can try to put things right. We aim to reply within [add response time].
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use an alternative dispute resolution service, or bring a claim in the courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
