Yes. Every bundle is single donor, cuticle aligned and unprocessed — no steam texturing, no acid baths, no blending between donors. That's why the texture reverts after washing rather than dropping permanently.

How many bundles do I need?

Two bundles for 16–20 inches, three for 22–26 inches, and three to four for 28 inches. HD closures and frontals are coming soon.

Yes. Because the hair is unprocessed it lifts to 613 blonde with a professional colourist. We always recommend a strand test and a licensed stylist rather than a home kit.

With correct care our raw hair is designed to last multiple installs over years rather than months. Longevity depends on how it's washed, heat styled and stored.

How do I care for it?

Sulphate-free shampoo, deep condition every wash, heat protectant every style, detangle from the ends and sleep in the silk bonnet included with your order.

What are your shipping times?

UK orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery is 2–3 working days and free on orders over £300. Next day delivery is available at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Unopened bundles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept hair that has been unbundled, washed, cut or installed. Custom wig orders are made to measure and non-returnable.
